Gastric pain in the night

Realise cannot take the multi juice from Ang Lee. Gastric pain. Luckily, remember elder mention using ginger and blue ginger to boil with milk can cure gastric. Felt better after drink ginger milk.

Realise I also cannot drink green tea at dinner. Join daughters to eat Japanese food for dinner, but after two cups of green tea, the whole night cannot sleep.

I guess acidic stuff cannot take too much.

Ice cream also cannot, remember with my elder daughter, took only a few sip of ice cream with banana, also suffer gastric pain in the night. Ginger milk helps.
